Resultado tardio da infecção isolada no quadril por Paracoccidioides brasiliensis

Abstract: Infecções causadas pelo Paracoccidioides brasiliensis são sempre um desafio diagnostico mesmo em áreas endêmicas, devidas as suas múltiplas apresentações clinicas e órgãos envolvidos. Este artigo descreve a evolução do único caso descrito na literatura no qual a doença acometeu apenas um quadril.
