Indicadores de sustentabilidade na avaliação de granjas suinícolas

Abstract: A suinocultura atual caracteriza-se pela produção intensiva em unidades de confinamento. Esse modelo, além de consumir recursos naturais, gera muitos resíduos, que necessitam de adequado tratamento. Foi objetivo deste trabalho avaliar a prática da sustentabilidade em granjas suinícolas.
