Objective:to know the consequences that men experience related to incarceration by conjugal violence. Methods:qualitative study on 20 men in jail and indicted in criminal processes related to conjugal violence in a Court specialized in Family and Domestic Violence against women. The interviews were classified based on Collective Subject Discourse method, using NVIVO(r) software. Results:the collective discourse shows that the experience of preventive imprisonment starts a process of family dismantling, social stigma, financial hardship and psycho-emotional symptoms such as phobia, depression, hypertension, and headaches. Conclusion:due to the physical, mental and social consequences of the conjugal violence-related imprisonment experience, it is urgent to look carefully into the somatization process as well as to the prevention strategies regarding this process.

Developing Professional Skills of the Convict through Entrepreneurship Education

The aim of this study was to propose an innovative model for the development of the convict's professional skills through the teaching of Entrepreneurship. The importance of this research resides in the survey and presentation of data that show the possibility of developing the convict's professional skills, which may provide their reinsertion in the labor market. Therefore, it is an exploratory study with qualitative approach that comprises two stages: sampling and analytical, which support the development and application of the model named Professional Education Program with emphasis on the Entrepreneurial Spiral-PEP with EnSp. Thereafter, the data analysis and the development of professional skills are presented, and the results point positively to the promotion of teaching Entrepreneurship to the convict through the PEP with EnSp. Thus, it becomes evident the opportunities for learning and development of the convicts' professional skills through the teaching of Entrepreneurship, with an innovative model, in order to promote employability among individuals who need to be reinserted in the labor market.

Este estudo discorre de resultados de uma pesquisa de campo, de abordagem qualitativa, realizada na escola prisional do Centro de Reeducação Feminino - CRF, localizado no município de Ananindeua/PA, com bolsa financiada pelo CNPq. O problema de investigação é: a educação carcerária contribui para o processo de reinserção social de mulheres? A pesquisa contou com um total de (07) sujeitos, sendo duas professoras do ensino fundamental, duas coordenadoras pedagógicas e três egressas do CRF, cujas entrevistas foram realizadas na própria escola prisional e no Correio, local de trabalho das três egressas. Os procedimentos de coleta de dados utilizados foram a entrevista semiestruturada e o levantamento bibliográfico e documental. A sistematização e análise dos dados foram realizadas com base na técnica da análise de conteúdo associada à concepção metodológica dialética. Neste artigo elaboramos um recorte sobre a EJA prisional, com vista à reinserção social da mulher em regime de cárcere. Entre os resultados da pesquisa destacam-se: inúmeras problemáticas circundam a escola na prisão, a falta de financiamento, formação de professores e a evasão escolar, entretanto, emanam neste estudo como os principais desafios a serem superados pelos profissionais da educação, o fomento ao trabalho de resgate social e transformação de vidas das mulheres no cárcere. Assim, mesmo sendo um caminho complexo, a educação no cárcere é necessária e contribui para a conscientização acerca da educação como possibilidade de reinserção social.
