Dermatofitoses podais em futebolistas

Abstract: Resumo: Atletas apresentam risco para micoses cutâneas. Estudados 23 jogadores de futebol, através de exames clínico, micológicos (direto e cultura) e clipping ungueal, dezoito (78,26%) não apresentavam micoses; dois (8,70%) apresentavam tinea pedis e três (13,04%) onicomicose, associada à tinea pedis, principalmente por Trichophyton mentagrophytes.
