“…Nurses were integral to improving child health outcomes in Mexico so there is a preponderance of nurses with paediatric specialisation in the country (Flores Peña, Gala, & Cerda‐Flores, ; Peña, de Almeida, & Duranza, ), yet very few with adequate geriatric knowledge.
