Elementos de flexibilidade em contratos de terceirização logística: o caso de uma empresa de telecomunicações

Abstract: O artigo analisa, através da técnica de estudo de caso, a terceirização logística em uma empresa de telecomunicações. Inicialmente, são discutidos os cuidados e a importância do contrato de terceirização, segundo abordagem da economia dos custos de transação. Analisam-se as possíveis causas das falhas na contratação, e sugerem-se providências para evitar repetições em implementações semelhantes.
