Burnout syndrome in senior undergraduate nursing

Abstract: Objective: This papers' goal was to evaluate the presence and the factors associated to Burnout Syndrome among senior year Nursing students. Methods: Exploratory descriptive quantitative research held in a private University of Rio Grande do Sul, with an intentional sample of 42 students enrolled in the 1st half of 2011, through the application of the instrument Burnout Inventory Student Survey (MBI-SS).
