Lições de reformas da gestão educacional: Brasil, EUA e Grã-Bretanha

Abstract: O artigo discute a recente onda de reformas da gestão educacional no Brasil e nos países desenvolvidos de língua inglesa que visam ampliar a participação comunitária na administração da escola. A partir de várias análises, argumenta-se que tais reformas têm sido pouco eficazes na promoção do empowerment de pais e alunos.
