O uso contínuo de glyphosate no cultivo da soja tem propiciado o aparecimento de plantas daninhas resistentes. Assim, buscam-se alternativas de manejo, como a utilização de produtos com diferentes mecanismos de ação. Neste trabalho, o objetivo foi avaliar a eficiência da aplicação em pós-emergência de herbicidas com diferentes mecanismos de ação no controle de plantas daninhas na cultura da soja. O experimento foi conduzido na safra 2016/2017, em Cambé-PR, em blocos casualizados, com quatro repetições. Foram avaliados os tratamentos glyphosate; glyphosate + haloxifop com sequencial de chlorimuron -ethyl; glyphosate + clethodim com sequencial de cloransulam; testemunha capinada; testemunha infestada. O uso exclusivo de glyphosate não apresentou controle eficiente das plantas daninhas encontradas. As espécies Digitaria insularis (Capim-amargoso), Commelina virginica (Trapoeraba) e Digitaria horizontalis (Capim-colchão) foram eficientemente controladas pelos tratamentos glyphosate + haloxifop com sequencial de chlorimuron-ethyl e glyphosate + clethodim com sequencial de cloransulam. Todavia, as espécies Conyza bonariensis (Buva) e Ipomoea purpurea (Corda-de-viola) foram eficientemente controladas apenas pelo tratamento testemunha capinada. A produtividade da soja foi maior nos tratamentos glyphosate + haloxifop com sequencial de chlorimuron-ethyl e glyphosate + clethodim com sequencial de cloransulam, com média de 4.600 kg ha-1. Os tratamentos glyphosate e testemunha infestada apresentaram a menor massa de mil grãos e o menor rendimento de grãos. A maior receita líquida foi obtida pelos tratamentos glyphosate + haloxifop com sequencial de chlorimuron-ethyl e glyphosate + clethodim com sequencial de cloransulam. Dessa forma, a aplicação de herbicidas com diferentes mecanismos de ação (inibidor da EPSPs, inibidor de ACCase e inibidor de ALS) melhorou o controle das plantas daninhas, o rendimento de grãos da soja e a lucratividade da lavoura em comparação à aplicação isolada de glyphosate e à capina manual.

A combination of oil palm frond (OPF) mulch and imazathapyr has been shown to provide great inhibition of weed but its phytotoxicity may be influenced by imazethapyr placement on the OPF mulch and rainfall amount. This study aimed to evaluate effects of herbicide placement and rainfall amount on the phytotoxic activity of imazethapyr in combination with OPF mulches against goosegrass, slender cyperus and coat buttons under glasshouse conditions. Imazethapyr was applied at 10.4 g a.i. ha -1 to under or above or as a pretreatment on the OPF mulch residue powder (< 2 mm) at 3.5 t ha -1 . Imazethapyr placement did not influence its inhibitory effects against weed emergence. Both pretreated mulches and imazethapyr applied under the mulches had comparable inhibition of seedling growth for goosegrass and slender cyperus. However, the pretreated mulches gave better seedling growth inhibition of both bioassay species as compared to those of imazethapyr that applied above mulches. Coat button was highly inhibited regardless of any imazethapyr placements. An increase in rainfall amount from 150 to 450 mm could increase the seedling emergence of goosegrass and slender cyperus from 30 to 80% when subjected to pretreated mulches. However, different rainfall amounts had no significant effect on coat buttons seedling emergence. The pretreated mulches could reduce weed seedling growth by 75 to 80% without being affected by the rainfall amounts. The present results suggested that phytotoxic activity of imazethapyr in combination with OPF residue mulches is dependent on imazethapyr placement, rainfall amount and weed species. ABSTRAKKombinasi antara sungkupan pelepah kelapa sawit (PKS) dan imazetapir telah menunjukkan perencatan rumpai yang baik tetapi kefitotoksikannya mungkin dipengaruhi oleh penempatan imazetapir pada PKS dan kuantiti hujan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kesan penempatan racun rumpai dan kuantiti hujan terhadap aktivit kefitotoksikan kombinasi imazetapir dengan sungkupan PKS terhadap rumput sambau, rumput wangi dan kancing baju di bawah keadaan rumah kaca. Imazetapir pada 10.4 g a.i. ha -1 ditempatkan sama ada di bawah atau di atas atau sebagai pra-rawatan pada serbuk sungkupan PKS (< 2 mm) pada 3.5 t ha -1 . Penempatan imazetapir tidak mempengaruhi keberkesanannya terhadap perencatan kemunculan rumpai. Pra-rawatan sungkupan dan imazetapir yang disembur di bawah sungkupan mempunyai perencatan yang setanding terhadap pertumbuhan anak benih rumput sambau dan rumput wangi. Walau bagaimanapun, pra-rawatan sungkupan memberi perencatan yang lebik baik terhadap pertumbuhan kedua-dua spesies bioasai berbanding dengan yang disembur di atas sungkupan. Kancing baju mempunyai perencatan yang tinggi tanpa mengira sebarang penempatan imazetapir. Peningkatan kuantiti hujan daripada 150 hingga 450 mm dapat meningkatkan kemunculan anak benih rumput sambau dan rumput wangi daripada 30 hingga 80% apabila diperlakukan dengan pra-rawatan sungkupan. Walau bagaimanapun, kuantiti hujan yang berbeza tidak memberi kesan yang bererti...

RESUMO:O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar a ocorrência de chuvas na eficiência de diferentes formulações de glyphosate aplicadas de forma isolada e em mistura com o saflufenacil, sobre o controle de Brachiaria decumbens. O estudo foi realizado no primeiro semestre de 2013. Os tratamentos constaram da aplicação isolada de três formulações de glyphosate (Roundup Original, Roundup Transorb R e Roundup WG) a 1.080 g e.a. ha -1 e em mistura com o saflufenacil a 24,5 g i.a. ha -1 + Dash a 0,5% v/v e, seis intervalos de tempo para simulação da chuva: 15; 30; 60; 120; 240 e 360 minutos após a aplicação dos herbicidas e uma testemunha sem chuva. Foram realizadas avaliações visuais de controle das plantas aos 4; 7; 14; 21 e 28 dias após a aplicação dos herbicidas. A mistura de saflufenacil + Dash às formulações de Roundup original, Roundup transorb R e Roundup WG aumentaram a velocidade de controle das plantas de B. decumbens, independente do intervalo de chuva estudado. As formulações de glyphosate (Roundup Transorb R e Roundup WG) aplicados isolados foram afetadas por chuvas que ocorreram logo após a pulverização e quando em mistura com saflufenacil + Dash observou-se efeito sinérgico no controle das plantas daninhas. ABSTRACT:This study aimed to evaluate the effects of rain on the efficiency of different formulations of glyphosate applied in isolation and in combination with saflufenacil on the control of Brachiaria decumbens. This study was conducted during the first half of 2013. The treatments consisted of an isolated application of three formulations of glyphosate (Roundup Original, Roundup Transorb R, and Roundup WG) at 1,080 g a.e. ha -1 and mixed with saflufenacil at 24.5 g a.e. ha -1 + Dash at 0.5% v/v at six time intervals of simulated rain: 15, 30, 60, 120, 240 and 360 minutes after application of herbicides and a control treatment without rain. We performed visual evaluations of plant control at 4, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after application of herbicides. The mixture of saflufenacil + Dash with the original Roundup formulations, Roundup Transorb R and Roundup WG increased the control speed of B. decumbens plants regardless of the rain interval studied. The formulations of glyphosate (Roundup Transorb R and Roundup WG) applied in isolation were affected by rains that occurred shortly after spraying. In combination with saflufenacil + Dash, there was a synergistic effect on weed control.
