Abstract: DIRECT DETERMINATION OF Ca, Mg, Mn AND Zn IN BUFFALO MILK OF THE MARAJÓ ISLAND BY FAAS. This work proposes an analytical procedure for direct determination of calcium, magnesium, manganese and zinc in buffalo milk by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).
