Concepções de comunicação na gerência de Enfermagem Hospitalar entre enfermeiros gerentes de um hospital universitário

Abstract: Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar as concepções dos enfermeiros gerentes de um hospital universitário sobre a comunicação na gerência de enfermagem hospitalar. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório-descritivo de abordagem qualitativa interpretativa.
