Liderança situacional: um modelo para aplicação na enfermagem brasileira

Abstract: Leadership is a very important theme to the management of nursing care provided to the patient. This study aimed at presenting key-concepts of the leadership model developed by Hersey and Blanchard, entitled Situational Leadership. We believe that this model can bring relevant contributions to nurse's leadership skills.
