Abstract: COAN, T.C.M. et al.A INTRODUÇÃOA adaptação de novos funcionários em locais de trabalho cada vez mais complexos tem sido um dos desafios enfrentados pelas organizações.Para facilitar essa adaptação as organizações que contratam grande números de funcionários têm adotado programas formais de orientação dos recém -admitidos.
