Assedio moral e assedio sexual: faces do poder perverso nas organizações

Abstract: This article analyzes two faces of perverse power in organizations: moral harassment and sexual harassment. At the moment in which enterprises search for more ethical orientation and new ways to improve the work environment and its relationships, this debate becomes a real priority.
