Malformações occípito-cervicais: a propósito de vinte novos casos

Abstract: Os autores salientam a importância das malformações occípito-cervicais na determinação de variados quadros neurológicos. A distinção entre os conceitos de platibasia e impressão basilar é realçada. Particular referência é feita aos tratamentos cirúrgico e ortopédico e seus resultados.
