Associação entre qualidade de vida e ambiente de trabalho de enfermeiros

Abstract: Resumo Objetivo: Verificar a associação entre dados demográficos e laborais, qualidade de vida e ambiente de trabalho dos enfermeiros. Método: Pesquisa transversal e correlacional em hospital universitário terciário. Participaram 143 enfermeiros, por meio de instrumentos autoaplicáveis no período de janeiro a junho de 2017.
