Reach of “VAMOS” program in basic healthcare - organizational barriers and facilitators

Abstract: Objective : To investigate the organizational barriers and facilitators to the reach of the “Active Life Health Improvement Program” (or VAMOS) implemented in two Basic Health Units (BHU) in Santa Catarina, Brazil.
