Pictorial instrument to guide the classification of foods in the dietary Guidelines for the Brazilian Population

Abstract: This communication describes an instrument for food and nutrition education of food categories based on the new classification according to type of commercial processing, used by the Dietary Guidelines for the Brazilian Population published by the Ministry of Health.
