Recomendação de códigos da CID-10 para vigilância de reações adversas e intoxicações a medicamentos

Abstract: Resumo Propor uma lista-referência de códigos da Classificação Internacional de Doenças e Problemas Relacionados à Saúde (CID-10) para a vigilância de reações adversas e intoxicações a medicamentos, denominados de eventos adversos. A elaboração da lista-referência percorreu quatro fases: definição dos códigos, validação e duas de caracterização da lista.
