Hospitalizations and adverse drug events in the Brazilian unified health system: a ten-year retrospective analysis of routine data

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To describe the frequency and characteristics of hospitalizations for/with adverse drug events in the Brazilian unified health system routine data.
