Apresentação Atípica de Hematoma Intramural da Aorta Ascendente com Tratamento Conservador

Abstract: Aortic intramural hematoma is a severe disease, secondary to vasa vasorum bleeding and/or aortic micro-ulcers without connection with the true lumen of the vessel. Its occasional finding in the absence of symptoms or aortic trauma is quite rare.
