Competencies in the Nurse Education Process to Care for the Aging: An Integrative Review

Abstract: The aim of this study was to synthesize the knowledge produced about nursing students' education process in national databases, considering the curricular proposal of competency-based guidance related to care for the aging. An integrative review was performed in LILACS and BDENF bases with the following descriptors: "geriatric nursing", "gerontological nursing" and "education."
