Strategic Planning Process and Organizational Structure: Impacts, Confluence and Similarities

Abstract: This article aims to analyze the relationship between the strategic planning process and organizational structure in the reality of a complex organization: the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Catarina (MPSC).
