What factors contribute to the meaning of work? A validation of Morin’s Meaning of Work Questionnaire

Abstract: Background Considering the recent and current evolution of work and the work context, the meaning of work is becoming an increasingly relevant topic in research in the social sciences and humanities, particularly in psychology.
