“…The criteria used by the judges to evaluate the questions were clarity and relevance, presented on a Likert scale (graded from 1 to 5). The judges were asked the following questions: ( 14 , 15 ) regarding clarity (CVC) – “Do you believe this item/question is clear enough to be understood by the target population?”; and, regarding relevance (CVC) – “ Do you believe this item is relevant to the study and the target population?” Regarding clarity, the questions could be scored from very unclear (1) to very clear (5).
