“…This can be explained by the fact that IgG4 has lower SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing titres compared to other IgG subclasses [ 10 , 33 ]. On the contrary, we observed that patients with a mild course of COVID-19 also had increased levels of IgG4 [ 32 ].
