1,2-Bis(N-alkoxy-N-nitroso)amines 7 obtained by nitrosation of the corresponding 1,2-bisalkoxyamines 4 were smoothly converted into 1-alkoxy-4,5-dihydro-1,2,3-triazole 2-oxides 8 under reflux in methanol in high yields. 4H-1,2,3-Triazole 2-oxides 9, a novel type of triazole oxides, and 2-hydroxy-2H-1,2,3-triazoles 10 were obtained by the reaction of 1-alkoxy-4,5-dihydro-1,2,3-triazole 2-oxides 8 with sodium methoxide.

Bei der Einwirkungvon Phosgen oder N,N'-Carbonyldiimidazol auf das bifunktionelle Hydroxylamin 1 entsteht das Derivat 3 des 1,2,5-0xadiazin-6-ons, welches mit Isocyanaten und Saurechloriden umgesetzt wird.Cyclic "Carbonylation" in the l,Z-Bis(hydroxylamino)aUtane Series Phosgene or N,N'-carbonyldiimidazole react with the hydroxylamine 1 to yield the derivative 3 of the 1.25-oxadiazin-6-one system. The reactivity of 3 towards ispcyanates and carboxylic chlorides was investigated.Wie wir bereits berichteten, konnte das als Beispiel eines 1,2-Dihydroxylaminoalkans dienende 2,3-Dihydroxylamino-2,3-dimethylbutan (1) zwar zu 2 cyclisch oxalyliert'), nicht jedoch mit Phosgen und auch N,N'-Carbonyldiimidazol zu dem nur auf anderem Wege zuganglichen') 1,3-Dihydroxy-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-imidazolidinon (4) cyclisch ,,carbonyliert" werden, vielmehr entstand dabei unter N-und 0'-Acylierung das 6-ringgliedrige S-Hydroxy-3,3,4,4-tetramethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-6~-1,2,5-oxadiazin-6-on (3)'). Mit je 4 aliphatischen und aromatischen Isocyanaten wurden, auch bei deren Uberschulj und der Verwendung von Katalysatoren (Triethylamin, 4-Dimethylaminopyridin, ,,Dabco", Tributylmethoxyzinn) nur die Derivate einer mono-Umsetzung an der [N-OH]-Gruppe zu 6 erhalten, kenntlich an der kurzwelligen Lage der Carbamoyl-Bande bei 1780 bis 1760/cm und der kiirzerwelligen Verschiebung der cyclischen Carbonyl-Bande um etwa 20/cm gegenuber 3.
