We verified reason of pain by rotator cuff disease using shoulder sonography and found a correlation between shoulder pain and stress. To find out the accuracy of sonographic prediction of rotator cuff disease among the patients with shoulder pain we surveyed 184 patients in S hospital in Seoul Korea between January to October 2012.
