In tunnel crossing project using shield method, slurry shield construction would induce problems in mud treatment, sewage discharge, waste residue treatment and noise pollution, etc. The above problems have been puzzling the construction of slurry shield, and how to better carry out environmental protection was related to whether the project could be carried out smoothly. Jinling Petrochemical In Nanjing Changjiang Shield Project of Jinling Petrochemical Co. takes related measures with the aim to solve the above environmental protection problems, which ensures the realization of "zero pollution and reaching the discharge standard" in slurry shield construction.
The construction technology of direct pipe laying had the characteristics of less land occupation of equipment in construction and short construction period, the construction of large-caliber pipeline could be completed in one time and it was suitable for complex geological conditions and reliable in construction. By taking Shaanxi-Beijing Four-line Wudinghe Crossing Project for example, the application of direct pipe laying technology in pipeline project was introduced. It is used to overcome the difficulties in the construction of pipeline crossing under the conditions of 42 m large drop, rich-water and loose fine sand formation at low temperature of −20˚C.
In the pipe jacking tunnel construction process, smooth grouting was a very important work, and was also a key technique of pipe jacking construction, especially in a long distance pipe jacking tunnel construction. Application of grouting technology in lubrication has played a very important role. In order to ensure the quality of grouting, effective lubrication of the drag reduction effect, reducing the pipe jacking resistance, improving the efficiency of pipe jacking construction need to develop detailed lubrication grouting plans and measures. This paper introduces the application of automatic lubrication grouting system in the construction of long distance pipe jacking tunnel from the aspects of grouting purpose, selection of grouting materials and grouting technology.
In the shield project, crossing through the permeable, collapsing and unstable pebble layers has been the critical and difficult point of construction. Oujiang shield tunnel was 834.5 m long, it was mainly crossing through the formation of medium sand bed, pebble bed and andesitic porphyrite. Among them, the pebble bed was more than 300 meters long, the largest pebble grain size was 450 mm, 60% of pebble grain size was more than 150 mm, its proportion was more than 90%. For the tool pan break ribs large grain size pebble was hard to be broken, with the increase of the excavation length, the large grain size pebble was cumulated step by step, the tool pan torque increases and stuck tool occurs, pressurizing the pebble into the tank was needed for tool pan cleaning in the tank. In Oujiang Shield Project, by the improvement of technology of pressurizing into the tank, it ensures the smooth excavation of 300 long pebble beds. It provides technical reference for pebble bed pressurizing into the tank for the slurry shield projects.
In this paper, combined with the Shanxi-Beijing Four-line bosom Huaijiuhe Pipe-jacking TunnelConstruction Project, the potential risks existed in the process of rock tunnel pipe jacking construction of long distance oil and gas pipelines were analyzed in depth. A set of countermeasures are developed based on characteristics of various risks, it provides reference for avoiding risks in rock tunnel pipe jacking construction of long distance oil and gas pipelines in the future.
