Проведено изучение прочностных и эрозионных свойств титанового сплава Ti-6Al-4V в состоянии поставки и подвергнутого обработке методом равноканального углового прессования. Ультрамелкозернистый материал был испытан наряду с исходным на динамическое растяжение с использованием башенного копра Instron и в эрозионной установке аэродинамического типа в воздушном потоке с частицами корунда в качестве абразивного материала. Несмотря на существенное увеличение статических прочностных свойств ультрамелкозернистый материал продемонстрировал схожие свойства с исходным материалом в условиях динамических нагрузок, что в свою очередь проанализировано на основе структурно-временного подхода с использованием критерия инкубационного времени. Представлены результаты тестирования ультрамелкозернистого титанового сплава Ti−6Al−4V, получен-ного интенсивной пластической деформацией кручением (ИПДК). Для того чтобы оценить влияние ИПДК-обработки на поведение материала в эрозионных условиях, разработаны специальные экспериментальные методики. Ультрамелкозернистый сплав испытан наряду с традиционным крупнозернистым сплавом титана в эрозионной аэродинамической трубе в воздушном потоке с частицами корунда в качестве абразивного мате-риала. Эрозионная стойкость материала оценивалась по потере массы образцов. Несмотря на существенное увеличение статических прочностных характеристик, наноструктурированный материал не продемонстриро-вал увеличения эрозионной стойкости по сравнению с характеристикой для исходного сплава.
