The paper concerns such timely and promising approach to improve the system of retraining and professional development of educators as creating
the shared information-educational environment, which would integrate several educational stages. Challenges and tasks facing the above mentioned
educational institutions are analyzed. It is further concluded that the system of retraining and professional development needs to be fundamentally
restructured and modernized. These activities should be undertaken in a variety of areas, including one of the most important goals — to introduce
inforamtization to the system of supplementary professional education, where the primary task is to create the shared information-educational
environment. Beside the advantages of informatization the authors also point out to the risks along the process and emphasize that introduction of IT
technologies should be incremental, targeted and well-thought-out.
The article considers one of the most important conditions for quality training of the teacher — the process of building a culture of information
consumption. The article provides pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future teaching staff to media education students, highlights the main
challenges that accompany this process. In conclusion, special techniques and programs are indicated aimed at the development and correction of
culture media consumption, the need to develop and implement new systems of marked direction is justified.
Available means of prevention and extinguishing of forest fires is not effective enough. Most preferred for the prevention and extinguishing of fires is the cultivating method, since the soil in the forest are always available in unlimited quantities. Currently the development and research of forest fire full-rotary car in the unit with grundomat for the prevention and extinguishing of for-est fires is an urgent task for the timber industry.
