Цель. Установить наличие тесных причинно-следственных связей между топологией ложных сухожилий (ЛС) в левом желудочке (ЛЖ), региональной и глобальной функцией сердца, включая его способность адаптироваться к физическим нагрузкам. Материал и методы. Группу исследования составили 90 здоровых молодых людей (48 девушек и 42 юноши) в возрасте 20,2±2,9 лет, активно занимаю-щихся физической культурой и спортом. Наличие у испытуемых дисплазии соединительной ткани было подтверждено в соответствии с Национальными рекомендациями по диагностике и лечению наследственных нарушений сое-динительной ткани (2012). Было выполнено стандартное эхокардиографиче-ское исследование с последующей цифровой обработкой видеоизображений сердца для построения 3D-модели ЛЖ и оценки региональной функции мио-карда. Способность сердца адаптироваться к физическим нагрузкам была определена с помощью нагрузочного тестирования на тредмиле. Результаты. Описание топологи ЛС в рамках 3D-модели ЛЖ выявило наличие от 1 до 5 сухожилий на один ЛЖ, которые преимущественно были располо-жены в высоких отделах желудочка, и ориентированы перпендикулярно или под небольшим углом к его длинной оси. Основные показатели глобальной структуры и функции ЛЖ были в пределах нормы, однако у всех лиц была выяв-лена высокая степень механической асинхронности в покое. Также была обна-ружена большая вариабельность значений показателей, характеризующих способность сердца адаптироваться к физическим нагрузкам. Методами корреляционного, однофакторного и многофакторного анализа данных уста-новлено: чем больше ЛС на один ЛЖ, тем выше уровень исходной механиче-ской асинхронности и ниже способность сердца адаптироваться к физиче-ским нагрузкам. Заключение. Здоровые лица молодого возраста с ЛС в ЛЖ, систематически занимающиеся спортом, физической культурой и фитнесом, нуждаются в строго индивидуальном дозировании физических нагрузок. Непосред-ственно ЛС в ЛЖ затрагивают резервные возможности сердца, поэтому могут теоретически ограничивать потенциальный диапазон компенсаторных меха-низмов при развитии патологических изменений в миокарде и, следова-тельно, должны являться предметом пристального внимания кардиологов при диагностике и лечении сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Aim. To find out the close mean-end relations of the false tendons (FT) topology in the left ventricle (LV), regional and global heart functioning, including its ability to endure exertion. Material and methods. Totally, 90 healthy young persons included (48 females), age 20,2±2,9 y. o., actively participating in sports. Connective tissue dysplasia was confirmed according to National guidelines on Diagnostics and management of inherited connective tissues disorders (2012).
