В статті висвітлено проблеми професійного самовизначення, які набувають значної актуальності для сучасного студентства, оскільки необхідною умовою професійного розвитку є готовність до майбутньої професійної діяльності. Вільний вибір професії, самовизначення й самореалізації особистості в професійній діяльності набуває актуальний характер. Особливо це важливо, коли мова йде про лікарів психологів, що координують процес соціалізації суспільства та молоді, які знаходяться в складних життєвих обставинах. Визначено рівень обізнаності професійного самовизначення студентів першого курсу медико-психологічного факультету, які вже навчаються за своїм майбутнім психологічним фахом. Теоретично обґрунтовано значення застосовування інтерактивних технологій у виявленні рівня професійного самовизначення майбутніх лікарів психологів. Розроблено зміст диспуту та просвітницького тренінгу на профорієнтаційну тематику психологічного спрямування, впроваджено їх в навчально-виховну практику медичних закладів вищої освіти, які готують медичних психологів та розкрито значущість професійного самовизначення для ідеалу майбутніх лікарів психологів.

Явища стигматизації медичних працівників та здобувачівЗВО по відношенню пацієнтів з психічними розладами та профілактичні напрямки У всьому світі на різних етапах розвитку суспільства стигматизація психічно хворих людей була, є та залишається актуальною, а також і в сучасному соціумі України. Саме хворі на розлади психіки та поведінки є найбільш незахищеною категорією людей. Тому, на жаль, саме вони здебільшого підлягають соціальній дискримінації та соціальному утиску. Низка життєвих проблем сьогодення та війна спричиняють психологічні стреси та психічні розлади у людей, а саме політична та фінансова нестабільність, повномасштабна війна в країні більше року, епідемії і пандемії (коронавірусна інфекція COVID-19) та багато іншого, є наслідком збільшення кількості хворих з психічними розладами. Таким чином, явище стигматизації починає вживатися у сучасне суспільство та знецінювати людську індивідуальність. Більшість людей суспільства схильні упереджено ставитись до хворих з психічними розладами через їх агресивні дії та негативний вплив на оточуючих. Стигматизація у суспільстві є результатом негативного уявлення про хворих з психічними розладами. Така упередженість з боку здорових людей до зазначеного контингенту хворих породжує у цих пацієнтів, родичів, опікунів явище самостигматизації. Самостигматизація призводить до зниження самооцінки хворих з психічними розладами саме під впливом цих же уявлень. Таким чином, у таких пацієнтів ще більше порушується соціальне функціонування та проявляється недовіра до медичної допомоги, лікування, перебування на лікуванні в закладах ОЗ [133,134]. У психоневрологічних закладах дуже частими є прояви стигматизації психічно хворих з боку медичних працівників як серед медичних сестер, так і серед лікарів, які, навпаки, за своїми функціональними обов'язками повинні з розумінням ставитись до хворих.
