This review presents literature data on the role of the gastric tract in the processes of intoxication and detoxification of endoand exobiotics. The factors that promote the absorption and metabolism of toxic products in the gastrointestinal tract are described. The causes of intoxication and the mechanisms of two-phase detoxification with the participation of phase I enzymes of the biotransformation of xenobiotics in the intestine, in particular cytochrome P-450 isoenzymes, are described in detail. The predominance of the cytochrome P-450 isoenzyme CYP3A4 in the intestine was shown, and among the enzymes of phase II of biotransformation in the intestinal wall, the most important are UDP-glucuronyltransferase and sulfotransferase. The data on the ways of correction of intoxication with the use of a detoxification complex of dietary nutrition are presented. Clinical studies have shown that a specialized program provides antioxidant protection and the work of enzymes of the I and II stages of the metabolism of toxins, a decrease in the absorption and excretion of metabolic products, can significantly reduce the intoxication of the body, which is extremely necessary during the treatment and rehabilitation of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and other organs and systems. rehabilitation of the body. It was found that the use of products of detox nutritional program LEOVIT DETOX led to a significant decrease in the concentration of urea and creatinine, which indicates an accelerated elimination of toxins and metabolic products formed in the body. A decrease in the concentration in the blood of the main enzymes characterizing the detoxification activity of the liver ALT, AST, GGT was also established.The aim of the study was to evaluate the detoxification effectiveness of the preventive nutrition Program and individual detoxification products LEOVIT DETOX, designed to affect all stages of Exo — and endobiotic metabolism.Materials and methods. The DETOX nutrition program is designed for 15 days and contains 30 products. The dynamics of biochemical parameters of liver and kidney function disorders (AST, ALT, GGT, urea, creatinine), blood lipid spectrum (by total cholesterol), fasting blood glucose level, and products of lipid peroxidation in blood serum were measured.Results. The use of specialized food products of dietary prophylactic nutrition “, a Comprehensive nutrition program DETOX” leads to a significant decrease in the concentration of urea and creatinine, AST, ALT, GGT, cholesterol, glucose, diene conjugate, ketodienes of CARBONYLS and increased total oxidative activity of blood serum were examined.Conclusion. The use of a specialized food product of dietary preventive nutrition “Complex nutrition program DETOX” provides effective detoxification of the body in diseases of the gastro-intestinal system.
Introduction. The article examines disorders of the digestive function, diet regimes, appetite in conditions of prolonged self-isolation and quarantine during a coronavirus pandemic. The article analyzes the clinical efficacy and safety of the use of specialized dietary therapeutic and dietary preventive food products in conditions of self-isolation and quarantine.Methods. A survey was conducted of 620 individuals of various ages who were in self-isolation and quarantine from 1 to 1.5 months. All participants were questioned, examined by a gastroenterologist and therapist, biochemical and clinical blood tests, endoscopic examination of the stomach and duodenum, ultrasound of the abdominal organs.Results. A survey of 620 individuals showed that self-isolation / quarantine can lead to changes in diets, dietary patterns, changes in eating habits, the development of a number of symptoms from the gastrointestinal tract and other organs, changes in body weight, and chronicity. a number of previously existing diseases. The use of dietary food leads to an improvement in the antitoxic function of the liver, anti-inflammatory effects, and an improvement in the symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases.Discussion. Clinical and laboratory data make it possible to state the need for the use of specialized dietary products of domestic production in the diet prophylactically in people from risk groups, as well as in patients with various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract both during illness and for the purpose of rehabilitation.Conclusion. Data on the efficacy and safety of dietary food products give reason to recommend them for inclusion in the diets of patients infected with SARS-CoV-2, both during illness, in order to prevent complications and improve the effectiveness of treatment and subsequent rehabilitation of patients, as well as for the rehabilitation of individuals, who were in self-isolation and quarantine for a long time.
Introduction. One of the most significant issues that require close attention in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with coronovirus infection is the analysis of the nutritional status of patients and the development of approaches to nutritional support for patients.Aim of study. Analysis of nutritional status of patients infected with COVID-19 and studying the effectiveness of specialized products dietary therapeutic and preventive nutrition during illness and recovery period.Materials and methods. A survey of 283 patients with mild and moderate severity was conducted. The survey showed a significant change in eating behavior in patients during the disease. To assess the effectiveness of nutritional support during the disease and during the recovery period, 36 individuals took a specialized product of dietary therapeutic and preventive nutrition “Detoxifying Kissel” LEOVIT DETOX daily after the diagnosis of COVID-19, both throughout the entire period of the disease, and within 2 weeks after the disease and going to work.Results and discussion. The survey showed the presence of a significant range of eating disorders in patients with coronavirus disease. It was found that in 90% of the respondents during the day, the main meal was 3 or more times. During the disease, the number of main meals decreased in 40% of individuals, and only in 4% of patients this figure increased. When using nutritional support with dietary therapeutic and prophylactic foods during the disease, patients noted a significant decrease in weakness and fatigue, temperature fluctuations, fears, anxiety, suspiciousness and other symptoms began to disappear. The continuation of the intake in the post-ovoid period of the use of nutritional support with the dietary therapeutic and preventive food product “Detoxifying Kissel” LEOVIT DETOX, contributes to a faster recovery of patients.Conclusion. The use of the dietary therapeutic and preventive food product “Detoxifying Kissel” LEOVIT DETOX is an effective method of nutritional support both during the disease and in the post-ovoid period. Long-term use of detoxification products (at least 3–6 months) after the disease is recommended.
Summary Post- COVID syndrome refers to the long-term consequences of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19, which includes a set of symptoms that develop or persist after COVID-19. Symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders in post- COVID syndrome, due to chronic infl ammation, the consequences of organ damage, prolonged hospitalization, social isolation, and other causes, can be persistent and require a multidisciplinary approach. The presented clinical practice guidelines consider the main preventive and therapeutic and diagnostic approaches to the management of patients with gastroenterological manifestations of postCOVID syndrome. The Guidelines were approved by the 17th National Congress of Internal Medicine and the 25th Congress of Gastroenterological Scientifi c Society of Russia.

Практически при всех заболеваниях желудочно-кишечного тракта воспалительный процесс играет важную патогенетическую роль и оказывает влияние на течение заболевания и определение тактики лечения. Наиболее физиологичным способом профилактики и лечения воспалительных заболеваний ЖКТ, безусловно, является диетическое питание. Цель: Изучить противовоспалительный эффект специализированного пищевого продукта диетического лечебного и диетического профилактического питания «Суп-пюре овощной с травами и овсянкой» на основе исследования клинико-лабораторных показателей и динамики маркеров воспалительного процесса. Материалы и методы. Проведено открытое одноцентровое проспективное наблюдательное исследование в параллельных группах. Основную группу и группу сравнения составили 14 и 10 пациентов с заболеваниями органов ЖКТ соответственно. Пациенты основной группы получали специализированный продукт «Суп-пюре овощной с травами и овсянкой» в течение 2 месяцев. Клиническое наблюдение осуществлялось на протяжении 180 дней. Всем участникам до начала, через 14 и 60 дней проводилась оценка динамики показателей клинического анализа крови (уровней гемоглобина, лейкоцитов, эритроцитов, показателей лейкоцитарной формулы), а также динамики показателей протеинограммы (общего белка и белковых фракцийальбуминов и глобулинов) и С-реактивного белка. Результаты. Противовоспалительный эффект после приема специализированного продукта наступает уже через 14 дней и выражается в достоверном уменьшении лейкоцитоза, СОЭ, СРБ. Через 2 месяца после начала приема продукта показатели СОЭ достоверно снизились на 35%, СРБ на 51% от исходного уровня и содержание лейкоцитов снизилось на 14,5%. На фоне диетотерапии через 14 дней уровни α1-глобулина, α2-глобулина и γ-глобулина начали снижаться, а через 2 месяца уровень α1-глобулина достоверно снизился на 40% от исходного уровня до референсных значений. Содержание α2-глобулина и γ-глобулина также достоверно уменьшились, при этом достоверно увеличилась концентрация альбумина в крови. В группе сравнения изменения этих показателей не достигали достоверной степени значимости. Выводы: специализированный продукт «Суп-пюре овощной с травами и овсянкой» обладает противовоспалительным действием, характеризующимся уменьшением противовопалительных лабораторных показателей, которое проявляется через 14 дней приема, может быть рекомендован для включения в рационы питания пациентов с заболеваниями ЖКТ как в период обострения, так и во время ремиссий.
