Ключевые слова: кишечная инвагинация, дети, лапароскопияThe article presents the experience of surgical treatment of 82 children with intestinal intussusception aged from 1 month -12 years in the period of 2005-2015 years. Surgical intervention involved laparoscopy and was aimed to define the possibilities and limitations for laparoscopic disinvagination. Laparoscopic disinvagination was effective in 63 (76.8 %) patients with intestinal intussusception, the limitations were noted in 19 (23.2 %) patients with complicated course of the disease. Postoperative complications were observed in 3 (3.7 %) cases and successfully corrected surgically.
The article presents an overview of laparoscopic appendectomy experience in 3,766 children with complicated appendicitis in the clinic of the Department of Paediatric Surgery of the Russian State Medical Academy of Continuous Vocational Education (Moscow). The authors showed the high efficiency of laparoscopic techniques in the operative treatment. The features of tactics in destructive appendicitis and peritonitis are highlighted.
