Abstract:Lymphatic malformations are benign neoplasms that form as a result of impaired formation of embryonic lymphatic sacs during embryogenesis. Lymphangiomas and lymphgemangiomas (visceral forms) rarely develop in the intra-abdomen, such localization does not exceed 8–15% of all observed lymphangiomas in children.
