РЕЗЮМЕ. Введение. Особенности клинического течения бронхиальной астмы (БА) у детей с ожирением позволили выделить особый фенотип, когда наличие и выраженность ожирения определяют более тяжелое течение БА, что может служить критерием, прогнозирующим худший ответ на терапию астмы. БА, как и ожирение, признаны классическим примером мультифакториальных заболеваний, в основе которых лежит достаточно сложная генная сеть. Исследование генетической основы обоих этих сложных признаков и привязка их к фенотипу БА должно способствовать нашему пониманию общей генетической основы данных патологических расстройств. Цель. Обзор литературы, содержащей результаты исследований об имеющихся генах-кандидатах, совпадающие между астмой и ожирением для представления современного состояния вопроса, понимания направления исследований и нерешенных проблем. Материалы и методы. Осуществлен анализ публикаций, содержащих результаты исследования влияния полиморфизмов гена ADRB2 на течение БА у пациентов с ожирением. Результаты. Данные анализа литературы по этой проблеме достаточно противоречивы. Подчеркивается, что сила связи между наличием полиморфизмов генов предрасположенности не всегда достаточна, чтобы объяснить взаимосвязь между БА и ожирением, что оставляет много не до конца решенных вопросов, требующих дальнейшего изучения. Заключение. Проведенный анализ генетических маркеров БА и ожирения указывает на необходимость комплексного подхода к проведению исследований, что будет способствовать совершенствованию и оптимизации диагностических и лечебно-профилактических мероприятий.
