The article presents the results of a study of the long-term dynamics of the state of ecosystems of the Teniz-Korgalzhyn depression, carried out using data from the Earth remote sensing (ERS). Based on the analysis of space images, the formation factors of modern environmental conditions are established. In the study area, such factors are positional and barrier factors, as well as the confinement of individual surface sections to different-height layers of the Earth's surface. An analysis of the Landsat series of space images taken at different time, made it possible to establish spatial differences in the intensity of phytomass accumulation in areas located in different landscape locations. The spatio-temporal variability of the ecological conditions of the Teniz-Korgalzhin depression wetlands is accompanied by a change in the amount of food supply and the number of living organisms. Monitoring of these changes on the basis of Earth remote sensing data will allow to prove measures to preserve the biodiversity of the Teniz-Korgalzhin depression wetlands timely.
The topical issues of formation and development of agriculture, based on the production of organic products were considered in the article. The article presents the concept of "organic agriculture", "agriculture, focused on the production of organic products", and explains the author's understanding of their content. Specific background of involvement in agricultural production turnover of fallow and unused land for the purpose of organic agriculture was justified and grounded. It is important to note that the special importance of the problem of fallow and abandoned land noted the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in the annual message of the President to the Federal Assembly in 2016. The article substantiates the main directions of formation and implementation of the concept-oriented agriculture to organic production, the level of subjects of the Russian Federation in the framework of the strategy of food import substitution. The authors proposed the methodology of formation and realization of regional targeted programs of agricultural development, on its basis was developed a project of the regional target program "Involvement in agricultural production is not used for the intended purpose of arable and fallow agricultural lands of the Altai Krai for the production of organic products for 2017-2022". The prognosis of production of agricultural products of the Altai territory, the allocation of shares of organic agricultural products and performance assessment was calculated from the strategic plans of development of the organic sector of agriculture of the Altai territory and the project of the regional target program already developed by the authors.
The article discusses the importance of the factors of the formation of the landscape structure and landscape diversity for the creation of a natural park for the purpose of nature protection and the development of recreational nature management. The results of landscape studies performed in the process of substantiating the creation of a national park of regional significance "Foothills of Altai" in the vicinity of the resort of Belokurikha (Altai Krai) are presented. Functional zoning of the territory of the projected natural park with the allocation of zones of special protection, regulated recreational use and traditional nature management, as well as the buffer (buffer) zone is proposed.
Throughout geological history, there is a change in zonal and azonal factors in the formation of landscape diversity. The leading factors in the formation of landscape diversity are processes external to the biosphere. These are the activity of the Sun and endogenous geological processes.
On the example of the territory of the Altai Krai, the article traces the consequences of destruction of the natural landscapes structure, the creation of artificial elements of their ecological framework of agricultural landscapes, which currently needs restoration and optimization. The thesis is substantiated that the ecological frame of the Altai Krai territory should be as close as possible to the structure of its natural landscapes, which will ensure the productivity of farmland. The most important elements of the ecological framework of forest-steppe and especially steppe landscapes are forest belts, for the creation of which it is necessary to use elements of a water-erosion network, tree species that form a zonal type of vegetation. Creating a system of protective forest plantations in combination with ponds and terrace embankments can increase crop yields up to 25-50 centners per hectare. Landscape planning can serve as a tool for creating an ecological framework for a territory.
