Національний університет «Запорізька політехніка» Стаття присвячена аналізу та оцінюванню динаміки відносних показників фінансової стійкості на підприємствах машинобудування в країні та їх впливу на корпоративну культуру. Доведено, що аналіз відносних показників оцінювання фінансової стійкості на підприємствах машинобудування проводиться за такими напрямками: порівняння фактичних значень коефіцієнтів з нормативними на дату складання кожного балансу це сприяє формуванню упередженому висновку про фінансову стійкість, недостатню фінансову стійкість, або фінансову нестійкість підприємств машинобудування за нормативним значенням показника; порівняння фактичних значень коефіцієнтів у динаміці для значення тенденцій у зміні фінансової стійкості підприємства машинобудування: з погляду оцінювання фінансової стійкості підприємств, що аналізуються, за даним відносним показником необхідно сформулювати висновок про поліпшення, або погіршення фінансового стану підприємства машинобудування та з'ясувати, як це вплинуло на стратегію підприємства та корпоративну культуру. З'ясовано, що за допомогою аналізу коефіцієнтів можна виявити сильні та слабкі фінансові характеристики підприємств машинобудування. Динаміку відносних показників фінансової стійкості можна використати для контролю за діяльністю підприємств машинобудування, а також, щоб пересвідчитися, чи зможе підприємство сплатити свої короткострокові зобов'язання, або покрити фіксовані платежі доходами. На підставі значень показників фінансової стійкості можна будувати кредитну політику в банківських установах, а також використовувати для порівняння переваг з іншими підприємствами машинобудування. The relevance of research into transformational change in organizational management and human resources in the digital age is significant in the digital age, as organizations need to develop a humanistic approach to human resources. To do this, it is necessary to change all the bottom-up management mechanisms to create an effective functioning organization in which the person is the subject of all processes. All of this suggests that modern business must be adaptive, customer- and person-centered. The transformational processes taking place due to the impact of ICT on the development of human resource management show that it is something between online and offline, a combination of the digital and physical world. To date, there are no companies in which the anthropocracy conceptual works, there are no step-by-step instructions on how to switch to amocracy. The purpose of the research is theoretical and practical transformational changing aspects in the organizational management and human resources in the digital age. Study results. 1. The impact of ICT on the development of trends in the global transformation of human resource management. 2. The place and role of organizations in transformational change are disclosed. 4. The directions of implementation of the European vision of human resource management as a factor in the development of IT trends in the digital age are clarified. 5. The concept of personnel management as a factor in the development of humanistic principles under conditions of transformational change is formed. 6. The impact of ICT on the innovative development of regenerative economy and humane human resource management is analyzed. It is concluded that business today should be adaptive and client-oriented, client-oriented and people-oriented. In a democracy, the organization is a tool that people use to improve their lives, the main issue of bureaucracy is how to get people to better serve the goals of the organization. Leaders must adopt new people-centered principles and apply them to their organizations. The development of cloud platforms will help create products with a fundamentally new architecture - more flexible and scalable. The model of organization based on the concept of anthropocracy is a humanistic view aimed at people, relationships, empowerment, competence development, "the person who stands above everything." At the heart of aorganizational activity is a redefinition of economics as a subsystem of society and nature, as a tool for achieving a socially just and environmentally sustainable future, and a humanistic approach to managing organizations and human resources.
The article is devoted to the stability of the competitive position of machine-building enterprises in terms of costs when choosing a strategy for the formation of corporate culture. It was found that the assessment of the competitiveness of machine-building enterprises in terms of costs is an important part of the analysis of the company's position in the market. It is established that if entrepreneurs allow the final consumer the same goods, the costs will be different, so the main reasons for the difference in production costs. The types of costs for obtaining finished products at machinebuilding enterprises are considered. It is pointed out that in all the costs of enterprises the largest share is occupied by the costs of production. It is found outthat the cost of production determines the efficiency of the entire production process in enterprises. It is determined that in order to reduce costs at machine-building enterprises, unique competence is important, which is achieved as a result of long and effective work, in the future it becomes competitive and serves as a means of strengthening the competitive position. It is proved that the key positions are only those competencies that provide a strong competitive position to the company and the level of profitability above the industry average. It is substantiated that the unique competence of the enterprise becomes the basis for creating a strong competitive advantage. It is noted that the chances of success of the enterprise increase in the case when it has adequate and sufficiently competitive resources that fully provide a competitive advantage. The more cost and time it takes to reproduce a resource by competitors, the higher its competitive value. It is denied that all companies have weak competitively significant aspects, namely organizational problems, lack of assets, knowledge and resources. It was found that when developing a strategy it is necessary to take as a basis the resource on which the company will surpass competitors, ie unique experience, large reserves, strong competitive opportunities. The stability of the competitive position of machine-building enterprises is analyzed.
