Анотація. На основі проведеного констатувального експерименту теоретично обґрунтовано й розроблено технологію корекції фізичного стану школярів 15–16 років із використанням засобів спортивного туризму, яка включає мету, завдання, принципи, методи, діагностику фізичного стану, умови реалізації програми його корекції, що містить інформаційно-теоретичний і практичний модулі, складовими частинами яких є техніка туризму: робота з мотузками, в’язання вузлів, наведення та проходження технічних етапів, заняття на стаціонарних смугах перешкод, техніка безпеки; техніка орієнтування: рух за азимутом, рух по лінії, рух у заданому напрямку, визначення відстані; фізична підготовка – загальна й спеціальна, контроль та самоконтроль на кожному етапі її реалізації, а також критерії ефективності (зміни показників фізичного розвитку, фізичного здоров’я, даних фізичної підготовленості, а також технічної підготовленості зі спортивного туризму). Мета. Розробити та експериментально перевірити технологію, спрямовану на корекцію фізичного стану школярів 15–16 років із використанням засобів спортивного туризму. Методи. Аналіз науково-методичної літератури, викопіювання, опитування, тестування, методи математичної статистики. Результати. Проведений педагогічний експеримент підтвердив ефективність розробленої нами технології корекції фізичного стану школярів 15–16 років із використанням засобів спортивного туризму в позаурочний час, що дає підстави рекомендувати її для використання в процесі фізичного виховання в загальноосвітніх школах для школярів цього віку.
