Under the condition of the absence of a scientific debate over the concept of "educational diplomacy" in the national research field, the authors set the goal of carrying out an analysis of the heuristic potential of this concept to overcome the current contradictions in the development of the Ukrainian higher education system against the background of the expansion of the categorical and conceptual apparatus in modern educational management.methodology. The authors used systematic, analytical, abstracting, concrete historical approach and modeling method, as well as approaches to cultural research, in particular, the modern theory of hybridity.findings. The research succeeded in substantiating the managerial potential of educational diplomacy to solve the contradictions in the development of Ukrainian higher education system. It is shown that the lack of a theoretical discussion about the possibilities of educational diplomacy and the practical implementation of its approaches to management practice reduces the efficiency of modernization processes. Against the background of possibilities to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the higher education globalization strategies, the possibilities of educational diplomacy for overcoming the current conflicts in the development of higher education, initiated by the fact of the disintegration of the educational area and its management system have been demonstrated.Originality. The potential of the concept of "educational diplomacy" for the solution of global and local (national) contradictions in the development of higher education, and the system of education management have been demonstrated in the modern Ukrainian management discourse for the first time. The necessity of practical implementation of educational diplomacy approaches is revealed, taking into account the positive foreign experience of their use. Underestimated possibilities of educational diplomacy for Ukrainian traditions of education management, which can implement in practice the principles of consensus philosophies, resolve contradictions, and others in specific sociocultural conditions, have been presented for the first time in order to provide strategies for the modernization of higher education in an effective manner.Practical value. The obtained results can serve as a reference point for the modernization of educational policy in the conditions of disintegration of the educational area, ensuring state policy in the context of violated territorial integrity of Ukraine, in particular, in developing scenarios for the reintegration of the national educational area.
Introduction. The results of the effec-?iveness of the methodical system of teaching of cadets of kettlebell lifting in the process of physical education, which is oriented on the personality of a future officer who has a high level of physical and methodological preparedness, has fitness and health competencies for the implementation of physical education and sports in the sphere of professional activity was highlights in the article. Two experimental (EG1, n=29, EG2, n=33) and control (CG, n=57) groups of cadets of the S.P. Korolev Zhytomyr Military Institute aged 18-24 were formed for testing the effectiveness of the methodical system. The purpose of the article is to investigate the effec?tiveness of the methodical system of kettlebell lifting training of cadets of higher military educational insti-?utions of in the process of physical education. Methods: Theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical supervision, pedagogical experiment, testing, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The positive influence of kettlebell lifting exercises on the success of cadets' study is proved-for all the studied blocks of disciplines in cadets of EG1 and EG2 at the end of the experiment the average score is significantly the same with the cadets of CG (p>0.05). This shows that rationally organized classes by the methodical system allow combining classes in kettlebell lifting training not only without negative consequences for the educational process, but also contribute to the improvement of the results of the study of various disci-?lines. The best level of methodological preparedness of the cadets of EG1 and EG2 at the end of the experiment, compared with the CG, was established based on the results of the assessment of the quality of the metho-?ological task: 86.1% of the methodologically trained cadets were detected in EG1, 54.5% of the metho-?ologically trained cadets-in EG2, and only 31.6%-in CG, which testifies to the superiority of occupations by the methodological system over the current system for improving the level of methodological preparedness of cadets-future managers of physical training courses. It was found out that the assessments of unit commanders regarding the efficiency of the tasks of the service during the experiment period for cadets of EG1 and EG2 were significantly better than cadets of CG according to the indicators of individual psychological, moral, personal qualities, executive discipline and state of health (p<0,05-0,001). Originality. For the first time, the positive influence of kettlebell lifting exercises by the experimental methodical system on the improvement of the indicators of the success of study, methodical preparedness and service activity of the cadets has been proved. Conclusion. Experimental testing of the methodical system in the process of forming a pedagogical experiment has shown its more positive effect, compared with the current system of physical training, for improving the indicators of success of study, methodical ...
