The immediacy of the studied problem is in the actual status of domestic and foreign breeding and seed production. The purpose of the article is to form a modern economic system and to develop new ways of scientifically based process in the organization breeding and seed production. The research methodology was based on the systematization and comparative analysis of problems of high dependence of the Russian agricultural sector on import seeds. The leading approach in the research methodology of this problem is a system analysis based on consideration of the economy of breeding and seed production as an integral complex of interrelated elements. A mechanism for the formation of a modern economic system of breeding and seed production taking into account the directions for the development of domestic breeding and seed production, providing state support for competition, upgrading seed breeding centers, the formation of personnel potential and educational and scientific production complexes for the development of the intellectual potential of Russian breeding and seed production has been proposed. The materials of the article are of practical value for the formation of suitable state policy and ensuring the competitiveness of the scientific potential in breeding and seed production.
On the territory of the Tyumen region there are a number of enterprises that discharge wastewater without pretreatment into water bodies and disturb their ecological condition. For example, one of the dairy industry plants produces 500 m3/day of industrial wastewater, which cannot be discharged even into the domestic sewage system due to its pollution density and aggressiveness. Thus, it is necessary to study wastewater quality and the mode of its inflow for local waste treatment plants’ designing. This article presents the results of the wastewater composition study on such indicators as pH, biochemical oxygen demand, chemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, fats, nitrogen, phosphate and other types of pollution. According to the obtained data, the conclusions were drawn about the wastewater composition inconstancy, associated with peculiarities of dairy production technology. In addition, the drains are characterized by a high variation of pH medium, which decreases sharply when the whey or acid solutions are discharged into the sewage production system after equipment washing. Based on these results, a scheme for organization of a dairy plant water disposal system is proposed, including local pretreatment of wastewater before its dumping into domestic sewage network.
Nowadays there is the problem of the effective treatment of dairy industry plants’ wastewaters. Industrial wastewaters of these plants have high concentrations of organic matters and differ significantly from domestic wastewaters. The method of intensification of dairy wastewaters treatment in Tyumen region, using probiotic «PIP Plus WATER» (Belgium) is considered in this article. The article presents the results of conducted research on the impact of the probiotic on such wastewaters indices as pH, chemical oxygen demand, anionic surfactants, ammonium, nitrites, nitrates and phosphates concentrations. The comparison among different ways of wastewater treatment with probiotics has been made. Based on obtained results technological scheme of local treatment plant of dairy industry plant has been suggested.
