The article aims at analyzing the impact of leadership technologies and emotional intellect within the motivation systems in educational organizations in the EU and CIS countries on employee effectiveness in online learning environments. During research implementation, it has been also identified the direct relationship be-tween these technologies and profitability of these organizations. The research has shown that the issue of effective motivation and incentive system which would ensure a real professional development for the employees of educational organizations and makes the organization a leading one is of rather in-depth conceptual character and needs development of an adequate employee strategy by using more contemporary methods of influencing them. The achieved results are unique and can be used within the study of the issues related to online learning and motivation as of employees of educational organizations, so as employees in overall in their professional activity.
The successful development of the funds' finances makes it possible to remove some of the burden from the budgetary system of the Russian Federation. The generalization of their individual behavioral aspects in financial management allows you to effectively use the funds raised. A study of more than 1700 Russian funds over five years showed the predominance of working capital, their dependence on the size of sponsorship contributions and donations, income received from financial investments. The result is the recognition of the conservative financial policies of the funds as the most effective for managing capital for sustainable development.
The transition to the digital economy has led to the development of alternative financing, which includes crowdfunding. Its use allowed business to gain access to financial resources of individuals and legal entities. As a result, it was revealed that when making investments, investors choose certain models of crowdfunding and bear significant risks, despite the efforts of crowdfunding platforms to minimize them. To partially reduce the risks, a model was proposed that allows to determine the success of fundraising as the most significant fact for all participants in the process.
