Метаболическая активность клеток нейроваскулярной единицы является одним из факторов, определяющих структурно-функциональную целостность гематоэнцефалического барьера, а также процессы ангиогенеза. Для подтверждения гипотезы о том, что гликолитическая активность периваскулярной астроглии, имеющая своим результатом высвобождение во внеклеточную среду лактата, может быть актуальна для развития и функционирования клеток эндотелия церебральных микрососудов, выполнено экспериментальное исследование с применением модуляторов продукции (2-деокси-D-глюкоза – ингибитор гликолиза), транспорта (флоретин — блокатор монокарбоксилатных транспортеров МСТ1, МСТ4), рецепции лактата (3Cl-5OH-BA – агонист рецепторов лактата GPR81) в клетках неэндотелиальной природы в составе трехкомпонентной модели нейроваскулярной единицы in vitro. Установлено, что подавление продукции и транспорта лактата, а также стимуляция лактатных рецепторов в клетках астроглии имеет своим результатом нарушение функциональной компетентности эндотелиального слоя, что свидетельствует о формировании антиангиогенного микроокружения для клеток церебрального эндотелия вследствие нарушения лактат-опосредованных биологических эффектов.
