50%. Adaptation of the body to cold requires a multifaceted restructuring of the work of many functional systems of the body. A special role in adaptation to cold is played by the sympathetic nervous system and its neurotransmitters norepinephrine and adrenaline. In our work, we studied the receptor mechanisms of regulation of the tone of the arteries of the rabbit extremity to the neurotransmitter adrenaline during 10 days of cold adaptation. Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic changes in the reactivity of arterial alpha-adrenergic receptors to adrenaline were studied by the Lineyover-Burk and Sketchard method. This made it possible to determine the number of active a-adrenergic receptors in the arteries and their sensitivity to adrenaline during adaptation to cold. The work shows that after 10 days of cold, the pressor response of the arteries to all 8 doses of adrenaline increased due to an increase in the number of active arterial adrenoreceptors by 32% and an increase in the sensitivity of adrenoreceptors to adrenaline by 50%.
Objective. To study circadian rhythms of the cardiovascular and respiratory system variables and to evaluate biological age in people of adult men, involved in Arctic Sojourn vs. residents of the of the Tyumen region South. Methods. Functional indices of the cardiovascular system and external respiration were studied four times a day at 8, 12, 16 and 20 hours in 34 men (mean age 30.1 ± 0.8 years), long time working in the village of Kharasavey (The Arctic group), and 30 men aged 37.0 ± 1.0 years living and working in the South of the Tyumen region (Tyumen Control group). Biological age was estimated in the both groups on the basis of chronobiological approach. Results. Circadian rhythms of the cardiovascular and respiratory system indices in men in the Control group were more robust than that of the Arctic group. This was manifested in higher values of amplitudes and more stable acrophases. Diurnal rhythm amplitudes of the number of variables (systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, vital capacity of lungs) of the Control group were significantly higher than those of the Arctic group. Conclusions. The structure of biological rhythms of physiological parameters (especially amplitude) is a sensitive indicator of the functional state of humans and can be successfully used to assess biological age. The biological age of the Arctic group men more profoundly exceeded chronological age compared to men working in the South region.
Our studies have shown that a natural natural factor such as cold at different exposure times changes both the number of active alpha-1-adrenergic receptors in the arteries of the small intestine and changes the sensitivity of these receptors. After a 5-day cold adaptation, the number of active a1-adrenoreceptors in the intestine was greater than the control by 46%, and the sensitivity of a1-adrenoreceptors was less than the control by 21%. After 30 days of adaptation to the cold, the sensitivity of a1-adrenoreceptors of the intestinal arteries became 21% less than the control, and the number of a1-adrenoreceptors returned to normal.
The experiments were fi rst obtained evidence of the signifi cant reduction in vasoconstrictor effect of epinephrine on the arteries when the muscle as to the effects of cold, and after 5 days of incomplete adaptation to cold, by reducing the sensitivity of α1-adrenergic receptors of the arteries. Thus, the result of the research was the conclusion that one of the natural factors of cold can signifi cantly change the functional adrenoactivity of arteries in working skeletal muscles before and against the background of cold.
In work the analysis adrenoreactance and cholinoreactance of system blood circulation of rabbits for 30th day cold adaptations in comparison with rabbits with 90-daily allowances experimental opisthorchiasis is carried out. We can make the proved conclusion Of the given experiences, that infection opisthorchiasis promotes an organism survival at cold infl uence.
