Our studies have shown that a natural natural factor such as cold at different exposure times changes both the number of active alpha-1-adrenergic receptors in the arteries of the small intestine and changes the sensitivity of these receptors. After a 5-day cold adaptation, the number of active a1-adrenoreceptors in the intestine was greater than the control by 46%, and the sensitivity of a1-adrenoreceptors was less than the control by 21%. After 30 days of adaptation to the cold, the sensitivity of a1-adrenoreceptors of the intestinal arteries became 21% less than the control, and the number of a1-adrenoreceptors returned to normal.
The experiments were fi rst obtained evidence of the signifi cant reduction in vasoconstrictor effect of epinephrine on the arteries when the muscle as to the effects of cold, and after 5 days of incomplete adaptation to cold, by reducing the sensitivity of α1-adrenergic receptors of the arteries. Thus, the result of the research was the conclusion that one of the natural factors of cold can signifi cantly change the functional adrenoactivity of arteries in working skeletal muscles before and against the background of cold.
In work the analysis adrenoreactance and cholinoreactance of system blood circulation of rabbits for 30th day cold adaptations in comparison with rabbits with 90-daily allowances experimental opisthorchiasis is carried out. We can make the proved conclusion Of the given experiences, that infection opisthorchiasis promotes an organism survival at cold infl uence.
The paper studies the adrenoreactive mechanisms of increasing blood flow in contracting muscles in animals kept at room temperature and after adapting to cold for 30 days. The pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic parameters of norepinephrine were studied when interacting with alpha-1-adrenoreceptors of muscle arteries at rest and against the background of muscle contraction. We have proved that the physiological mechanism of increasing blood flow during muscle work is to reduce the sensitivity of (1/K) a1-adrenoreceptors of the arteries of these muscles by 34 times. The number of active a1-adrenoreceptors of the muscle arteries at rest and against the background of muscle contraction did not change. After cold adaptation during muscle work, working muscle hyperemia was more effective than without cold adaptation due to a 20% decrease in the number of active adrenoreceptors (Pm) of the arteries, although the sensitivity of a1-adrenoreceptors of the arteries to norepinephrine also decreased by 34 times. We conclude that muscle loads during adaptation to cold contribute to an increase in blood flow in working muscles, which contributes to a decrease in systemic blood pressure.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
