Magnetosensitive nanocomposites on the basis of monodomain magnetite Fe 3 O 4 /meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid, Fe 3 O 4 /c-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, Fe 3 O 4 / polyacrylamide, Fe 3 O 4 /hydroxyapatite were synthesized. Size distribution of magnetite nanoparticles in ensemble and their magnetic properties were studied. It has been shown that the magnetization curve of the liquid containing monodomain magnetite has a form that is characteristic for superparamagnetics, and its calculations in the framework of Langeven's paramagnetism theory match satisfactorily to the experimental results. The highest adsorption parameters were observed for magnetosensitive nanocomposites Fe 3 O 4 / polyacrylamide and Fe 3 O 4 /c-aminopropyltriethoxysilane. Prospects of the studied nanostructures for medicobiological and technical applications as adsorbents of cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum were shown.

Core-shell magnetosensitive nanocomposites (NC) based on single-domain magnetite (Fe 3 O 4 , core), with a shell consisting of hydroxyapatite (HA) and cytotoxic drug doxorubicin (DOX) layers have been synthesized. The processes of DOX adsorption on Fe 3 O 4 /HA surface from physiologic solution have been studied. DOX release into saline was found to decrease with growing of its quantity on NC surface. It has been determined that cytotoxic influence and antiproliferative activity of Fe 3 O 4 /HA/DOX NC with respect to Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells are characteristic for interaction of these cells with a free form of doxorubicin. Magnetic liquids containing Fe 3 O 4 /HA/ DOX NC stabilized by sodium oleate and polyethylene glycol were prepared and investigated. It is shown that using the ensemble of Fe 3 O 4 carriers as a superparamagnetic probe, the Langevin's paramagnetism theory, and the values of density of nanocomposite constituents, one can evaluate the size parameters of their shell, which has been corroborated by independent measurements of specific surface area of nanostructures and kinetic stability of the corresponding magnetic liquids. The obtained results may be useful for development and optimization of novel forms of magnetocarried medical remedies of targeted delivery and adsorbents based on nanocomposites of superparamagnetic core-shell type with multilevel nanoarchitecture, as well as for determination and control of the size parameters of its components.

The developed methods using tetraethoxysilane and trifunctional silanes were applied to obtain Fe 3 O 4 magnetic particles that contain amino groups with compositions of ≡Si(CH 2 ) 3 NH 2 , ≡Si(CH 2 ) 3 NH(CH 2 ) 2 NH 2 , and [≡Si(CH 2 ) 3 ] 2 NH. The XRD data show that the nuclei of nanoparticles in the obtained materials preserve the structure of the primary carrier, namely, that of Fe 3 O 4 magnetite. The ther mograms show a high thermal stability of the applied surface layers, i.e., their destruction was found to start at temperature above 250°C. The DRIFT spectra indicate the formation of the silica bond framework in the surface layers of nanoparticles and also the existence of hydrogen bonds between amino groups and silanol groups with the participation of water molecules aided. All of the obtained materials exhibit magnetic prop erties and offer promising application in medicine.

СИНТЕЗ ТА ВЛАСТИВОСТІ МАГНІТОЧУТЛИВИХ НАНОСТРУКТУР ІЗ КАРБОНІЗОВАНОЮ ПОВЕРХНЕЮ1 Інститут хімії поверхні ім. О.О. Чуйка Національної академії наук України вул. В.Бердичівська, 40, Житомир, 10008, Україна Метою роботи є синтез нових магніточутливих наноструктур з карбонізованою поверхнею на основі однодоменного магнетиту та дослідження їх властивостей. Методи дослідження -спектрофотометрія, рентгенофазовий аналіз, ІЧ-Фур є спектроскопія, метод теплової десорбції азоту, адсорбція метиленового синього, вібраційна магнітометрія. Результати. Розроблено методику карбонізації поверхні наночастинок магнетиту та нанокомпозиту магнетит/SiO 2 . Встановлено оптимальні технологічні параметри карбонізації та органічну речовину для імпрегнування -полігель CS (карбомер 934). Досліджено процеси адсорбції метиленового синього на поверхнях наноструктур, встановлено залежність адсорбційної ємності від вмісту вуглецю на поверхні нанокомпозитів. Методом рентгеноструктурного аналізу засвідчено, що в процесі карбонізації зберігається фаза магнетиту та в процесі відпалу виникає незначна кількість фази γ-Fe 2 O 3 , наявність якої істотно не впливає на магнітні властивості зразків. Досліджено процеси адсорбції метиленового синього, показано, що адсорбційна ємність поверхні НК зростає зі збільшенням кількості вуглецю в покритті та залежить від хімічної природи органічної речовини, яку використовували для імпрегнації. Найвищі показники адсорбційної ємності А = 24.9 мг/г досягнуто на НК Fe 3 O 4 /С при використанні для імпрегнації карбомера 934. Встановлено, що за певних умов поверхня карбонізованих НК Fe 3 O 4 /SiO 2 /С може містити вуглецеві та кремнеземні «острівці». Така будова поверхні може бути актуальною з точки зору гідрофільно-гідрофобного балансу та розширення можливостей її функціоналізації. Екпериментально виміряні коерцитивна сила, питома намагніченість насичення, залишкова питома намагніченість та відносна залишкова намагніченість синтезованих ансамблів НЧ Fe 3 O 4 та НК Fe 3 O 4 /С, Fe 3 O 4 /С ол.к-та , Fe 3 O 4 /С СS , Fe 3 O 4 /SiO 2 /С СS .
