Особенности динамических изменений заднего отдела глазного яблока после факоэмульсификации катаракты с имплантацией интраокулярной линзы ГБУЗ МО Московский областной научно-исследовательский клинический институт им. Щепкина, 61/2, Москва, 129110, Российская Федерация резЮме цель: изучить влияние неосложненной факоэмульсификации катаракты (ФЭК), проводимой через роговичный разрез, с имплантацией мягкой интраокулярной линзы (ИОЛ), на изменения в макулярной области сетчатки. Пациенты и методы: в исследование включены 35 глаз 35 больных, которым была выполнена ФЭК с имплантацией мягкой ИОЛ, не сопровождавшаяся осложнениями. Средний возраст пациентов составил 67±2,3 года, среди них 19 женщин и 16 мужчин. Критериями исключения явились наличие патологии сетчатки (посттромботическая и диабетическая ретинопатия, влажная форма возрастной макулярной дегенерации и другие ретинальные нарушения), предшествующая травма глаза, увеит, интраоперационные осложнения. С помощью оптической когерентной томографии оценивали толщину сетчатки в области фовеа, макулы и макулярный объем на первые сутки, через 2 недели, 1 и 3 месяца после операции. результаты.
Актуальность. Удаление нативного хрусталика вызывает изменение взаимного расположения структур переднего отдела глазного яблока, что влечет за собой колебания внутриглазного давления. Контроль внутриглазного давления важен для предотвращения осложнений в раннем послеоперационном периоде.Цель -изучить изменения анатомо-топографических и гидродинамических показателей глазного яблока после неосложненной факоэмульсификации катаракты с имплантацией интраокулярной линзы.
Актуальность. Факоэмульсификация катаракты сопровождается изменениями биомеханических свойств роговицы. Корнеальный гистерезис характеризует вязкоэластические свойства роговицы и может быть исследован прижизненно. Цель-изучение изменения корнеального гистерезиса в течение 3 месяцев после факоэмульсификации катаракты.
