Relevanc. Measles, mumps and rubella, despite many years of vaccination, retain their epidemiological and social significance at the present time. The aim of the work is to study the safety and immunogenicity. Of the vaccine for the prevention of measles, rubella and mumps Vactrivir® in children's immunization. Materials and methods. The safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine was studied in a simple multicenter blind comparative randomized clinical trial involving children aged 12 months and 6 years. Results. The Vactrivir® vaccine is characterized by low reactogenicity, a high safety and immunogenicity profile and is comparable in terms of indicators to the foreign Priorix® vaccine, which has been used in the Russian Federation for specific prevention of measles, rubella and mumps since 2018.
The article presents the results of an open comparative randomized clinical study on the assessment of the reactogenicity, safety and immunogenicity of the domestic vaccine "EntseVir®" with reduced antigenic load in immunization of children aged 3 to 17 years on the schedule for 0-60 days. The vaccine is characterized by the low reactogenicity, high safety profile and immunogenicity. On main indices, it is not inferior to foreign vaccine «FSME-Immun Inject / Junior».
The article presents the results of the open comparative randomized clinical study performed in children aged 3 to 17 years which were immunized with the Russian vaccine «EnceVir»® possessing the reduced antigenic load accordingly to emergency vaccination protocol. The aim of the study was to assess reactogenicity, safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine. The vaccine is characterized by a low reactogenicity profile, the high profile of safety, adequate immunogenicity, and it is not yielding to foreign vaccine «FSME-Immun Inject / Junior»

Objective. Assessment of tuberculosis (TB) infection conditions for HIV-infected people.Materials and methods. Еpidemiological survey of 38 epidemic foci of HIV-associated tuberculosis, 28 foci of tuberculosis without HIV infection and 20 foci in which the diagnosis of tuberculosis wasn`t confirmed (control-group) were conducted. Results and its discussion. As it turns out that in the most cases of the development of HIV-associated TB, the primary diagnosis of HIV infection preceded the primary diagnosis of tuberculosis. According to the results of the case-control analytical epidemiological study, such risk factors of HIV-infected tuberculosis as lack of family, higher education and regular job, the fact of deprivation of liberty and drug users (as a reflection of the low social status of patients), as well as contact with tuberculosis patient were identified. Risk factors for mycobacteria infection in people without HIV infection were only the lack of family and contact with tuberculosis patients.
Aim is comparative evaluation of the safety and immunogenicity of inactivated poliomyelitis vaccine (IPV) «Bilthoven Biologicals B.V.» (Netherlands) and «Imovax Polio» (France) with subcutaneous and intramuscular modes of administration. Materials and methods. In a doubleblind, comparative clinical randomized multicenter study, 120 children at the age of 3 months participated as volunteers. They were divided into 4 groups: 1 and 2 groups were given IPV intramuscular (group 1) and subcutaneous (group 2) mode of administration, children of groups 3 and 4 were given the vaccine «Imovax Polio». Results. IPV is characterized by a high safety profile and immunogenicity both in subcutaneous and intramuscular modes of administration and it is comparable in its characteristics with the vaccine «Imovax Polio». Conclusion. Vaccine IPV (Netherlands) is recommended for registration in the territory of the Russian Federation and its further using in the National Vaccination Schedule.
