The article is devoted to the question of defining own frequencies of trailing pipeline passages with the use of calculation model as a multi-span regular beam (pipe) on elastic supports (suspension brackets together with a cable). The example of calculation is given in comparison with calculations by other methods.
It is a review of several systems, previously tested on bridges of other design models, to determine frequencies and periods of own horizontal and vertical wavering (vibration) of floating bridges , which are extremely sensitive to dynamic effects. This publication shows the optimal method of calculations.
Purpose. The publication presents the results of calculations of spans for floating bridges with open double T beams. The purpose of research is to analyze the suitability of spans from open double T beams for floating bridges with minimum weight under loads, which is provided by standards for modern floating bridges designing. Methodology. Comparative method, analytical calculation methods (influence lines methodology), strength calculations, endurance, maximum shear stress are used in this paper. Findings. Current loads for bridges calculations are 75% more than those, for which the spans of floating bridge from NZhM-56 property are designed. The use of open double T beams that is formed with double T beam no. 70 (the height of the open one is 104 cm) reduces the cross sectional area in a weakened spot, but virtually it does not influence the strength and durability of the material. The use of open double T beams for spans of floating bridges saves up to 22 % of metal that means one in five spans will made of saved metal. Savings on each spans, such as CRP, will be 33.6 - 263 thous. grn. (considering the price of 1 ton of final product 29 thous. grn.). Originality. Research allows making next step in material saving and use of open double T beams for spans in the whole. Practical value. The obtained results give us possibility to make a number of conclusions that allow us to become more familiar and more practical with the use of open double T beams for spans of floating bridges.
Purpose. This work presents using carbon fiber as composite rebar by way of rods of fittings for reinforcement armored concrete span 13,5 meter length compared to same-length span with usual fixture. Methodology. The calculation is carried out as described in the methodological guidelines for the design and calculation of concrete span with frame-welded fittings. Findings. On the basis of the above study was to determine how the use of composite reinforcement as working for the reinforcement of its span. Originality. The possibility of using composite rebar as an element that works in tension in the span was proved. Practical value. Install valves of this type will reduce the cost of the span and increase its operating period.
даної роботи є аналіз причин розладнання роботи залізобетонних плит авто-та трамвайних проїздів в місті їх спирання, незадовільний стан асфальтобетонного покриття та особливо деформаційних швів. Методика. Стан основних несучих конструкцій автошляхового проїзду досліджувався візуально з фіксацією конструктивних елементів, вузлів сполучення та дефектів на фото. Проведена інструментальна зйомка плану та профілю по всій довжині мостового переходу та на підходах, виконано випробування міцності бетону неруйнівним способом. Результати. Результатом даної роботи є надані рекомендації стосовно причин розладнання роботи залізобетонних плит, деформаційних швів та появи інших дефектів, що впливають на несучу здатність, витривалість та безпеку. Наукова новизна. Наукова зацікавленість полягає в тому, що у даному випадку ми маємо чотири несучі елементи, що розташовані поверхово: верхній пояс ферми, поперечні балки, поздовжні балки та залізобетонні плити. Сумісна їх робота не проста, а тому виникають питання забезпечення сумісної їх роботи без розладнання вузлів сполучення. Додаткові проблеми виникають за рахунок наявність двох трамвайних колій. Практична значимість. Спираючись на отримані дані та виконаний аналіз причин виникнення дефектів надані рекомендації по усуненню дефектів, заміні деформаційних швів на більш досконалі, підсилення вузла спирання плит та застосуванню більш надійного асфальтобетонного покриття. Purpose. The purpose of given work is the development of method for bearing capacity determination of metal spans with solid wall with upper-level traffic for the railway based on the results of static tests of given type of spans. Methodology. For the span that is being classificated the survey is being conducted and the deflection under the static load using simple measuring devises (deflectometers) are performed. Obtaining the deflection data is not complicated but gives the actual view of the span condition including hidden flaws (condition of bearing parts, corroded weakenings, that are very significant) Findings.. For the possibility of the given method of bearing capacity (class) determination for spans of given type application, first of all, from the numerous reports the selection was made of the main parameters of spans, results of static deflection measurements and load types. Based on the tests data the plot was drawn for the span experimental deflection dependence from the nominal span length. Originality. Based on the literature sources, this work is new in given direction and further such method is to be implemented for the common use by the development of the addition for the current standards [6]. Practical value. The analysis of obtained results shows that the application of given method on all the railways of Ukraine during the classification of metal spans will allow only by the recalculation to increase the actual bearing capacity of spans by 10..35 %.
Purpose. The purpose of given research is the development of the expansion joint for city highway and railway bridges that is both easily manufactured and cheap. Methodology. To reach the set goal available materials and specific design with elastic compensator were used. Findings. Expansion joints with elastic compensator that are applicable for the city bridges with limited span length and for railway bridges with ballasted bridge deck were proposed. Originality. Proposed design of the expansion joint uses the arch effect of the elastic compensator itself. Practical value. Proposed design has a low cost, is easy in the installation and easy in the operation. In the conditions of economic crisis and current state of the large number of defective expansion joints on the bridges of the county, the possibility arises to fix these flaws in quite a low cost.
